"Fit of the jeans was just awful"
The jeans I got were a really bad fit, no stretch at all, felt like I was wearing cardboard. I had to send them back, and that cost me £4.50. The invoice mentioned a prepaid return label, but it was nowhere to be found, so I'm pretty unhappy about the whole situation.
